HI all,

I have installed GG5.1 with EventScripts v2.0.0.252 on a Windows 2003 server from scratch. I was running GG5 .0.586 and have copied all my config files, maps and random spawn points form my old GG5 to this one and when I follow the instruction on wikihen I type "es_load gungame51" I get the below error. Would anyone know what am I missing or what is it looking for?

Can't load addon (gungame51): No module named spe

But (Always a but! ) I was wondering though why is my server not going "private" like requesting a password to join when I enable the rcon_password in the server.cfg file ?

sv_password - Set server password. Leave blank to disable.

Oops... my bad,

I meant on my other gg5.0.586 in my SERVER.CFG file when I put in the sv_password "xxxxxxx", it locks my server and prompts player for a password to join and with this one, the GG5.1 I am noticing it is not working for somehow. I have only copied my other server.cfg file from the other server to this one.

GunGame5.1 will not affect sv_password unless you set sv_password in your ../cfg/gungame51/gg_server.cfg. Otherwise, it will not touch your settings for sv_password.

Yes I guessed that it doesn't have anythin g to do with it...

So is there a command line like sv_password in ../cfg/gungame51/gg_server.cfg file that I could put in?

I was saying that the only way GunGame could conflict with your password setting is if you currently had:

Expand/Contract | Select All

sv_password ""

in your ../cfg/gungame51/gg_server.cfg. If you don't, you'll have to sort out why the password isn't being set outside of GunGame.

I tried it on either place and doesn't work. Server doesn't get locked. Go figure that one!

ESAM has been down quite a bit the last couple of days. Unfortunately, there is nothing anyone here can do about it. It's up to Mattie or Venjax to get it back up and going. They 'could' be doing some updates, but I have not seen them post as that being the case. Just wait a bit, and it should be back up.

Good to hear it got publicly released. I want to apologize for not being a good beta tester as school and recent events kept me very busy. I'm running the latest version and Orange Box is out so if I find anything, I'll let you guys know.

You do not have GunGame5.1 and EventScripts installed, you are using SourceMod and SourceMod's GunGame. You need to give credit where it is due. Also, please do not use this situation to advertise your server...it is inappropriate. If you want to advertise your server, do so in the appropriate section.
